this exclusive dvd is all about systematic cylinder port and valve/seat modification by me real-time at gcre on 8v twincam heads, fiat 124, fiat 130tc, lancia beta, inlet manifolds are covered too, with actual footage taken live from over 40 flowbench tests, with live commentary and all the supporting data (and outtakes.. )
the gc head prep dvd is for the professional, the diy have-a-goer and enthusiast alike and features many-times-proven gc cylinder head development methods. fact not fiction. as of 7th dec, and yes, a bit behind schedule, sorry, in edit after filming over a hectic and thoroughgoing 2 week period of filming at my works,
i ve tried to make the information as wide-ranging and generic as i can.
the footage was not made-up for the film - apart from one scrap tc head for port-to-port comparison and a demo of what not to do , the heads on view are all client property so prepped on film with the same care you get if you order one from me i take you right from cleaning techniques at the very start to completion of all the gc flow development work including fitting race guides and valve overhaul. there are tons of detailed diagrams explaining what you need to know about where the power comes from (or how to lose it) and the most comprehensive list of gc style flowbench data ever published taken right from the heads on test in the film.
what i have done is show exactly how to do the things you need to get power from these heads. there is a a right and a wrong . i know the right. that s what you ll see. and some of the wrong too. i ll give the proof - on film. sure - if you can t do those things yourself, you ll at least be able to see how it should be done and thus tell your particular machinist/head prep guy exactly what you want doing so for the first time you can sit and watch me at work and make an informed choice about that kind of thing.
i ll make an important point here. even if you don t own a tc head - you ll realise when you watch it that there is cutting-edge information in this production that, with a bit of common-sense can be applied to almost any other. i should know - i ve done many, many heads from peugeot, citroen, ford, vauxhall cosworth, toyota, suzuki and even rover - heads and intake systems of every possible shape and configuration this year alone. and, having made what i believe to be the first-ever how-to/documentary of this kind, i ll state unequivocally that to produce a film for every make of head would either result in a film that was weak on detail (this one isn t) or take so long it would be beyond the resources of all but the biggest research firm. what i m saying is - get the film, learn from it and read between the lines .
caution after watching - you might find yourself hooked . buy with care you might even start doing heads professionally

agora, n eh brincadeira fazer um cabecote, eh realmente dificil e trabalhoso, tem q ter muito cuidado, conhecimento e atencao.

bom… o dvd saiu... vê um preview e é bacana. sao dois dvds cheios e descobri que eu tenho 10% de desconto por ser cadastrado lá... tem umas boas 8 pessoas pelo menos no tempraclube/temprabr que querem... no mareaclube ninguem ainda se pronunciou que quer... mas acho que já dá pra fazer um pacote... e aí é ? juntar a grana de todos que quizerem de verdade e a gente compra o danado...
daqui pro fim da semana vejo quem está disposto a depositar a grana e de acordo com o n.o de certezas, chega-se ao valor final...
